- 1 / 5By Jen GrazianoI'm giving one star in regards to service. A waitress knocked over my purse by accident when cleaning the table and my phone cracked and became inoperable as a result. The assistant manager was sweet and said she would let me know what could be done. I had no phone for 4 days as there was no Apple Store available in Aspen. When I got home and had my phone fixed for $138 I called the restaurant several times. The assistant manager put the manager on the phone who told me rudely that there was no proof that my phone was broken in their restaurant. No apology, not willing to comp our meal, nothing. I understand the gray area and I was very nice throughout the process but the tone and service was unacceptable.February 05, 2017
