I dined with 7 others today for Sunday brunch. I do believe it was the best breakfast I have experienced in Aspen. We had amazing views dining outdoors. The staff was very accommodating and asked if we preferred sun or shade. We started off with cocktails and appetizers. The clothesline pork belly with lavender honey glaze was a great conversation piece. We loved the asparagus and sweet pea salad. The house made ricotta appetizer surely pleased us all. The entrees were equally divine and not a bite went uneaten. I am a local, and hate to share how divine this place is but they deserve the recognition!April 02, 2017
